So disappointing. We were really looking forward to our appointment for an estimate, but David was very rude, at times insulting, and constantly interrupted us. He rushed us through the whole process and I realized after he left, there were many things I didn't even get to tell him we wanted. He also made it pretty clear that he didn't need our business - funny how you wouldn't have a business if it wasn't for your clients, right? We found another company. The only reason for 2 stars is the office staff - super friendly and helpful.
