I called to schedule a repair for my dryer. After telling him about the problem, he offered a solution over the phone to try first, and it worked. He was very helpful and very honest. He could have come over and charged a bunch of money, but he didn't. I have heard from several other people that he is honest and does good work. Highly recommend!

First time using Scott's. Spending money locally is always my first choice. I was able to get an appointment quickly, the repair was made and the price was better than I expected. Without hesitation, I will use and recommend Scott's.

I met Scott at a repair parts store. I was fixing my washing machine myself and the YouTube video was helpful for the first 50%, left me hanging on the critical part.He was ahead of me in line and offered to pull the part off, and no luck as well. He told the parts lady what I needed, assembled it for me, and then told me what power tools I’d need to replace the broken part.YouTube is great most of the time, but if your looking for a solution that saves you time and effort, then Scott’s your guy.
