Working with them has been extremely difficult. The biggest issue is they "completed" my project past estimation (~5 mo). They will say the basement floor was uneven, but they came to measure and scope everything before the contract was signed.- I'm still waiting for them to fix a closet door that was never put on a track and a receipt/warranty on a broken bathroom vent that was supposedly brand new.- I financed this project through their recommended financer. They said they'd pay me for going over and they did not.- I had a ton of electrical issues after their renovation even though they did not add any additional counts of light fixtures or appliances, just updated...read full review

Great company to work with and communicates well! We had them redo our upstairs and downstairs floors! New trim and carpeting too! Will definitely be using them in the future and recommended them to my aunt to redo her siding and roofing!Services: Install flooring

This is the second time we have used Chi-Line Construction and we have been very satisfied with both experiences. After calling around and getting various quotes for work in our kitchen Chi-Line was right inline with what other companies were charging and we had a great experience with them in our previous house. So it was a no brainer to go with them. After another successful experience we are now getting a bathroom quote and water filtration system quote.
