I having been taking my dog to harvest valley for a little while now. my Sadie loves Dr Nicole and everyone is very calm and caring with her. the groomer is also fantastic which is nice that their is a groomer available at the vets office so you don't have to drive elsewhere and is very reasonable.
We took our cat to Harvest Valley to be neutered. The staff were friendly and after his procedure they were informative answering all of our questions. They called me to inform me of a complication my cat had secondary to being neutered so they had to perform a second surgery. They didn’t charge me for the second surgery to fix the complication. He is just a couple days post-op, but yesterday (day after procedure) they tried to call me to check on him. I was at work so I couldn’t answer, but I did express some concerns I had via email. Turns out I was just being paranoid and needed reassurance, but they were quick to offer that reassurance kindly. They also prescribed him another medication to help him with pain and had it ready for us quickly. We had a concern after he took the medication and we immediately called right before they closed because we were again concerned. They answered the phone, talked to the vet, and assured us once again. We will continue using Harvest Valley for our vet needs and would recommend them!
