First time I’d went to the salon, it was in a whim. My daughter & I were on a girls day & stopped in. I chose a random design from google and wasn’t too happy with it, but it was mostly my color choices and not knowing what I wanted. They’d agreed to take us as walk in’s so I wasn’t too worried about how rushed they seemed. It was understood and they still did a good job despite the stress, I wasn’t unhappy with anything.
Second time we went in, I’d called ahead to make an appointment and actually had ideas of what we were doing. Great customer service, nothing was rushed but was done in a good amount of time, we had friendly conversation the whole time...read full review

My daughter and I went in to have pedi’s and Mani’s. When arriving there were no customers and thought it was strange especially when we came from another place that was packed and unable to get us in. The pedi’s were great and the mani’s were ok but the customer service was awful. The ladies working were very rude. They were shoeing at my daughter’s hands whenever she didn’t move them just the way they wanted. The lady doing my Mani told me she didn’t like to work on short nails and commented on it several times, and the entire time they talked in their own language. My recommendation find another place.

Horrible experience!! Made a appointment for 12:30, waited 30 minutes. Prices were posted for one amount but we were charged another amount which was higher. Didn't finish my husband's toes , no towel wraps on our legs like we have gotten before. I feel like they couldn't have cared less if they did our pedicures or not!! Only positive note was he held the door open when we left..won't be returning...
