I told her my hair goals (soft, straight, and shiny like before I had my grays, but didn't want to cover them), and she said "no problem." Soft, straight, and shiny is exactly what I got! Whatever she did made my wiry Bride-of-Frankenstein grays nice and soft and sooooo shiny!
