This Jiffylube is getting 5 stars from me. They were so helpful, friendly, professional and fast. They fix a lot of things on your car not just oil changes filters etc. This will definitely be my new go to for my vehicle. Thank you so much Machesney Park Jiiffylube you’re the best!!!

Sooo we ended up with a flat tire and drove to Meijer gas station to air it up, didn't work tire was to far off the rim so we ended up calling Jiffy right next door. Dorian answered and told us he was able to help with getting spare on the car for us. Not only did he fulfill our needs he was also the kindest, caring thoughtful gentleman and such an amazing personality I've ever came into contact with at a repair/oil place. Dorian took amazing care of us and it's much appreciated, not only did he take our spare and put it on but he checked the tire that went flat nothing wrong with it so he exchanged it back out again and put spare back in trunk! A winning combo of expertise and kindness is found at this Jiffy Lube. I highly rate this team to anyone seeking high quality support. A special shout out to Tom and Karissa who helped me move my stalled vehicle at the nearby gas station to the garage and inspected it promptly even though it was a few minutes before closing on a weekend. They provided excellent care and honest communication—running a diagnostic and offering the best priced recommendations including thermostat to get my car up and running. They even offered my puppy treats as he waited. It’s these kind little touches on top of everything else listed that really puts this team above the rest.
