“Huge shout out to Ricky Espinoza/Pro Restoration. We reached out to Ricky as we were very unhappy with our previous contractor who gave us a bid for roof and siding replacement for our rental due to hail damage. Insurance had also been a nightmare to deal with to get replacements for both roof and siding on detached garage and house. Ricky walked us through every step of what we needed to do to get resolution with insurance as I was ready to throw in the towel! From the first day we reached out to him to completion of the job Ricky kept us informed. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had! His constant encouragement and guidance was so appreciated by my husband and I! Insurance finally agreed to full replacement and that would not have happened without our persistence and the guidance from Ricky! Once all was a go he kept us informed of delivery dates for materials, start dates for replacements of roof, siding and gutters. He was on the job site making sure all was getting done and sending us pictures of the work along the way. Once the job was done Ricky was at the house on his hands and knees making sure all of the nails were cleaned up! We cannot thank Ricky and the Pro Restoration team for a job well done!!!“

“iRoof completed our entire roof in just 2 days this week, and did an absolutely brilliant job. We have an enormous, very steep, multi level roof on our modern design home. The old roof was 34 years old, and had 2 layers of shingles. The old shingles were removed, and a thorough cleanup was meticulously performed. The crew was excellent, performing all aspects with care, expertise, and skill. 2 sets of skylights were flawlessly custom fit and and installed. “BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! I/we strongly believe in giving companies a chance to "do things right" and treat customers with respect; but Martin Exteriors was, by far, the worst experience we've ever had in working with a home repair/improvement company. It started out okay; but once our deposit check was cashed we were left in a holding period with no phone calls, no communication, missed appointments, and disrespect. After several calls to the main office voicing our concerns we finally received a call from a "manager" who appeared to feel bad and voiced that our job was literally "forgotten" about. (but they didn't forget to cash our check for several hundred dollars.) A worker finally showed up; did not complete even two hours of work, and then billed us for several hours of work, debris removal, etc. (none of which they did) we are now in the process of even trying to, once again, get someone to communicate with us regarding the job (and bill.)“

“JJD Roofing is one of three companies I contacted this past summer when I had the roofs fail on three different properties I own. They came in with the lowest bid and I decided to use them to replace the roof most in need of replacement. I was satisfied with their work and after discussing my options and the budget I had to work with Natalie helped me reach the decision to replace the roof on one of the remaining properties and repair the roof on the other. In a few years I will need to replace that roof and I plan on using JJD Roofing to do the work when the time comes.“

“We called Hail Guard to side our house & wrap our windows. The price Eddie quoted us was way less than we expected to pay ($8600 compared to the $35,000 Feldco offered for the same services). The workers showed up at 7am and finished our small 60x30 house within 12 hours. When they wrapped the windows, it wasn’t the plain wrap you see on other houses; it had style to it! “When Andrew, a Project Manager with Scandia, stopped by my house to let me know hail damage had occurred in my neighborhood, I was skeptical. He informed me his company was replacing the roof on a couple of homes in my area due to a storm. I allowed Andrew access to my roof; he did a thorough job providing me with photographic documentation of hail damage, and helped walk me through the process of making a claim to my insurance company. When the Insurance Adjuster came to my home to see if insurance would pay for the damage, Andrew came along, too. He stayed with the Adjuster, pointing out all the areas with damage, until all the Adjuster's questions were satisfied. This may sound like no big deal, but it took the Adjuster a VERY long time, and Andrew remained professional and patient throughout the process. The Insurance Adjuster approved my house for a brand new roof. Andrew's team did an excellent job of tearing off and replacing my roof. They were courteous, hard-working, on-time, and did a excellent job cleaning up any mess they made. We had additional damage to our decking; Andrew and his team at Scandia worked hard with my insurance company to get that paid for as well. During the insurance approval process and contract signing, Andrew keep in touch regularly. He has excellent communication skills; he's definitely an all-around nice guy! My experience with Scandia Construction was great. I highly recommend them!“
