Been ordering from this company for years for gloves, tattoo cartridges and inks. I’ve never had a single bad experience with them - always very pleasant and communicative if there’s an issue with my order. I love the option to have it delivered on their route (I live and work in Madison).The darkside brand needle cartridges have been a staple for me for years - I love the long taper, super sharp points, and transparent body so I can easily see how clean the tube is to switch between colors.I also really appreciate that they stock Kwadron cartridges as well since they’re UK based company and are generally harder to get ahold of here in the US. I have been going to Darkside for a few months now, I had mixed feelings the first time I went because I didn't really go knowing what I wanted the first time, I haven't went to a supply store before normally just ordered online. When I went originally I thought it would be more of a shopping experience. The owner of the shop bent over backwards to help me find what I was looking for, he did get a little irritated with me at first because I was having him look for different things and seeing what was in my price range. But I did get what I asked for. Since the first time I went there I now know what I like and what I want. The owner has actually been really great when I've seen him which is almost every time I go. He is also really friendly to me as well! They get my things without a fuss and also help me decide on new things if I'm looking to try something new!
