I could absolutely not say better about Automatic Fire Systems. I just opened up a new family business here in Rockford and every step of it was a challenge. I went through several different contractors and people claiming to be experts. I was recommended to Mark at Automatic Fire System's By our property manager. I was in way over my head And needed a lot of guidance. Any time I had a question, They strived to answer and give me options in both better quality and costs. Every concern was taken seriously, Which when you are dealing with city and state codes, and inspectors, is very important. I almost never give a 5 star review but were very pleased with this vendor. They completed a sprinkler system upgrade for us. He ran over quoted price by about 5% but we generally don't mind paying this if the extra work is really done and it was done in this case. They were also the only vendor that was able to answer correctly what a 5 year sprinkler inspection requires.
