The wait for my appointment was minimal. My service received by the technician to Doctor was wonderful! When the technician knew I needed help finding frames she took time to look with me and gave me honest opinions of what worked well for me. The whole experience was great.
Always the best customer service! Airianna was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped me to pick out frames that were both cost effective and suited my style best. She also patiently talked me through my options for adding in things like glare and blue light, to ensure that I got the features that I needed to be comfortable in my glasses without trying to upsell me on things I don't need.The optometrist (Siby Francis, DO) does amazing work. He explains his thoughts and recommendations clearly to help me understand.Even though I have moved further from this location, I plan to keep coming back because Airianna and the other staff do such great work.
