Following the hailstorm event, the contractor Rockford Siding and Window conducted a thorough inspection of the windows and exterior components. Based on their professional assessment, the windows sustained damage consistent with hail impact. Throughout the process, the contractor has continued to provide reliable support and clear guidance while we working with the insurance carrier to get the coverage of the damaged windows.

I would like to thank Matt S, Corey and Adam for our new roof and gutters. After a lengthy process with our insurance company, State Farm who for over a one year process would only agree to pay for 3 shingles and some caps from hail damage. Matt, our salesman promised that they would not stop until our roof was replaced after being told all was covered except 30% from SF. They brought out a high tech drone that showed all the damage from the hail storm. Finally something shifted and they agreed to replace the roof and gutters at 100%.
Adam’s roofing crew came out on a Wednesday and was done that Friday. The gutters were all replaced the following Monday.

Rockford Siding and Windows, from the owner to the installation crew, were great to work with. Got the product that fit our wants with special order colors instead of the standard offerings of most companies. Installers also did a great jobs and after installing followed through with cleanup and instruction.
