My father passed away in the hospital and we told them my dad pre-paid for his services with Honquest in Loves Park. The hospital said not to worry they would make the arrangements to get him there. Honquest called us to make arrangements for myself and my brother to come in so we could set a date. Everything was smooth and professionally handled. We want to express our gratitude to Honquest Funeral Home, especially to their funeral director, Dana. She has helped tremendously throughout the whole process by showing her compassion and professionalism in planning our mom's funeral and burial arrangements. Exceptional Service!

It has taken me a while to write this review because I couldn't find the right words to thank Honquest. Dana was wonderful throughout the whole process of planning my mom's service. I couldn't have asked for a more patient, caring and understanding person to have worked with. I have gotten more compliments on how wonderful my mom looked at the service than I ever could have imagined possible. Honquest even took care of getting a new casket in two days when I didn't like the mis-shipped one that I had ordered online. None of that was Honquest's fault, but they took care of the return and replacement for me so I'd have one less thing to... read full review
