My mom has been using this company since we moved to the area in 1992. They are phenomenal! My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night last night and I woke up freezing. I tried troubleshooting it myself and found out that it had to due with ignition but I was not sure how to fix it. I called my mom and she highly recommended Gene Nelson & Sons. I called the office lady and she gave my number to one of the technicians ( I am so sorry I forgot his name but he said his dad opened the business so I'm guessing he is one of the Sons) and said he would contact me.
