I’ve been here before and usually service was good, but today I had many issues. I just cannot believe I had to pay $65 for this. The nail tech was super nice, but I don’t think she knew how to do designs very well because I had asked for simple lines coming from the edges and when she showed me they looked like blobs. I was in disbelief and my quote was $70, so I just asked her to put the chrome on my nail tip. Even then it’s messy and looks like it was done by a beginner. There are also many air bubbles in each of my nails. My French tips also not look clean. I am extremely upset and will not come back. Kinda found this place on accident, but had a great experience. They were very accommodating, for a last-minute, late pedicure appointment. They did not make us feel rushed and it is very nice inside.
Have been here before with good service. Went yesterday for a pedicure and full set. Woman who did the pedicure did a good job-could have gone without the hard upscale of the more expensive pedicure. Told her repeatedly I just wanted the basic, quick pedicure. Was a little annoying. My nails are the worst I have ever had. Half are tipping up (never had that happen before) I paid extra for cateye and you can't even see it. My nails are completely misshapen, with areas of thickness. Yes. I should have said something, but was with my daughter and didn't have time for a fix and I suck at confrontation. Spent a very lot of $ to be hassled and leave with awful nails.
