I just met with Liz for the first time a couple days ago. I’ve been getting Botox on and off for the last 10 years and I have to say she is the ONLY injector who has ever spent the amount of time she did with me and even went over how to anti-age from the inside out. She did not want to overdo it and wants to take things slow instead of trying to pump as many units of Botox in me as possible for a profit. She did not try to upsell me on other procedures, which makes me want to get them even more now lol. I’m very excited to start my journey of being in my 40s with Liz’s help! I have a feeling that she is going to do a lot more for me than anybody else has and it’s not going to break the bank. I highly highly highly highly recommend her!

When we needed an estimate for our roof Doug and his team came out and thoroughly inspected everything. Brad is my go to guy and he explained everything to us to so we could understand it and gave us so much confidence in his ability to follow up with any questions or concerns. Every time we called him he answered his phone and treated us like we were very important and patiently answered our questions.

When my previous DR of ten years left, it seemed I had trouble finding a good fit for me or the quality's she had, I was devastated. I have severe trust issues and she elevated that fear of trust. Patient and DR relationships do take time and sometimes people need reassuring. When I had a mental break down she was right there and willing to find me and protect me. her number one priority was keeping me safe. She really does listen and involves you in her decisions, one day she will know me, better then me.
Despite the situation my family and I were going through StateLine Cremation was all supportive and made us felt comfortable leaving mom at their hands. With all respect and consideration at taking care of mom until the end, definitely will consider them if we at any point need them!!! So great full of their services.

I have very dark roots and she turned my hair to the most beautiful healthy blonde I have ever seen. She also educated me on the best products and techniques to help my hair between my treatments. Honestly the place is great I really love going to kimmi she did one of my most favorite nail sets and her attention to detail was amazing although i recently went in and got my nails done by someone else and i really don’t enjoy the nails i got this time and she was rushing through my nails and didn’t really give me a chance to put input and when i did she brushed it off I understand being tired but the nail is chipping already and i had gotten them done on Saturday. I will definitely only be going in when kimmi is there

I loved sound therapy with Amber the first time and thought all of my friends should experience it, so I invited her to do sound therapy at my birthday celebration! It was very relaxing and peaceful, and she also made it a very empowering experience! All of my friends said we should do it weekly, and honestly, we should! Gates Electric just completed the second job for us, first we hired them for a basement/laundry room project and they did such a great job we knew we wanted them back for our kitchen remodel. They resolved all the old “not up-to-code” issues from our 1970s era home and we felt a real sense of security when they left that day knowing that we now have a safer home. We checked out Canyon after having a less-than-ideal experience with a different local flooring company, and am I ever glad that we did! After explaining my experience, Scott offered to come and measure our floors himself and provided a fair quote the very next working day. The install timing was pushed out a little further than we had originally wanted (due to the sheer amount of flooring we had ordered) but it was definitely worth the wait! John and Jake were polite and professional. They worked diligently each day and cleaned up after themselves before leaving each night. My grandfather had his installation done by Bath Planet of Rockford and everything went really smooth. His new barrier free shower makes it easy for him to wheel his walker right into the shower so he can then sit down on the bench seat. Thank you for helping him stay in his home.

I moved to Rockford a year ago and this is my new preferred vet clinic. The doctor knows her stuff and really cares about the patient, takes the time to listen to you and examine them to figure out what is going on. Prices are the best in the region, cash or check only, she takes a step by step approach with them instead of loading you up with unnecessary tests. Be aware due to the low cost they are very busy and you will wait, but it is worth it.
We have been rescuing kitty cats for 34 years and have had all that weren't spayed or neutered, taken care of to stop the spread of unwanted kittens and unhealthy Momma cats. Little Kitty is a rescue that took three years to socialize so we could get her in a carrier and get her spayed. Willow Ridge took absolutely wonderful care of Little Kitty and we have never had a cat recover from her spay so quickly, look so good afterward and get back to being a cat so fast! The staff at Willow Ridge is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient with "Cat Parents". If you love your kitty, take it for care to Willow Ridge Animal Hospital - you will be very happy you did!
