Elijah stayed on top of things every step of the way from the beginning to the end, but what impressed us the most was that he never bickered or argued with us to prove us wrong, like some other roofers did before, and never made anything a big deal.
Instead, he never minded to take care of any nuance or anything in question, e.g. they paid for the whole house wash after their siding contractors brought dusty (new) siding and got their hands dirty and left some marks on siding and trim - no questions or objections from Elijah - boom,.. done!
The same was with any little thing or question: he promptly came over, checked, and took care of that.
He was always very friendly, and so was his staff/office.
