Rosin Eyecare in Long Grove is fantastic. They offer a great selection of frames at reasonable prices. They price matched my contacts, making ordering over the phone quick and easy. The staff is exceptional. What an amazing team!

Great service!I purchased a pair of glasses in the beginning of the year. I noticed one of the lenses had a scratch on them and delayed reaching out to Rosin due to my own schedule.When I finally reached out in May, they were very accommodating and fixed the problem swiftly. I was pleased with how they handled the situation, especially since I waited so long to report my issue.

Great experience with eye exam. While my eyes didn’t change much, I decided I would get a new pair of frames. I selected a type of frame I liked and the person assisting me went and picked out about a half dozen other frames that were similar. With that, I found a new set.2 weeks later, I went to pick them up and they were not the frames I had originally selected. The person I spoke to , apologized for the mistake and we were not able to find anything close to what I selected, unfortunately I didn’t remember the style. Without question, she let me know I could find a new pair of frames or refund the whole order. I finally found a new pair and they put a rush on...read full review
