I'm completely thrilled that I stumble upon this salon. I have been to Tricoci, Teddie Kossof and other places over the years and Red Cottage takes the prize. They are kind, accommodating and Frances has SAVED my hair. Highly recommend!

This is a quaint upscale salon in the little town of Long Grove. Easy to find with plenty of parking. The salon is super clean and has many stations for consultation, cutting, washing, styling, nails etc… I get my hair done by Eric who does a fantastic job coloring, root touch ups, cutting and styling my hair. Eric is very professional, is always on time (usually early!) and takes a true interest in developing a client relationship to exceed your expectations! I like that he is honest and candid about what will work and what won’t work based on my super thick hair. He never pressures you to buy product or do a treatment that your unsure about.
