Both Kimberly & Patrick couldn’t have been more helpful, I was so nervous moving my two dogs from a large fenced in yard to a very small yard with HOA restrictions. Kimberly was able to help with the HOA requirements and Patrick came out to train my dogs. Both dogs were afraid to go back into the yard so Patrick came back to help retrain and offered to come back as many times as I needed to feel comfortable. Both dogs are feeling comfortable in their new surroundings. So happy with DogWatch C No Pet Fence.

I am very satisfied with the service a product. I got an indoor unit and has worked wonders on my dog’s behavior. I had so many issues with my dog’s separation anxiety, and after installing the invisible fence, no more broken doors, walls, etc. Additionally I also see him more relaxed when I leave, not trying to get out, and sleeps most of the day. This has been so relieving as I can relax while at work. I also want to thank Kim and her team. They came twice to my home to install the unit and gave me detailed instructions on how to use, and the second time to train my dog and me on how to use the collar and unit.
