    Love my Tuesday, Thursday works outs. Every class is something new, always able to adjust according to your fitness skills or needs. Great place to get motivated to work out, and set the tone for your day. Wonderful staff and have made a great network of friends as.an added bonus.

    I cannot recommend this place enough. I’ve been a member at many other gyms in the past and nothing compares to The Rough House. Colin and his team are welcoming, knowledgeable, and invested in your fitness goals. Group classes are challenging without being intimidating. I’ve seen clear strength gains since training here, and it is by far one of the best investment I’ve made in my health.

    Roughhouse Fitness provides a focused and effective training experience. I've been attending classes with Lauren, and her expertise and personalized guidance have made a significant difference. The owners are also fantastic—they've created a genuinely supportive and professional atmosphere that sets this gym apart. If you're looking for quality training with dedicated coaches, I recommend them.
