I blindly contacted the dealer. I seen his eBay store and decided to contact him. He answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. I was stuck with a computer that was not performing to my standard. Matt made all my problems go away. Please deal on confidence and don’t waste your time with sub par Panasonic repair centers. They will fix your toughbook right the first time.

I purchased a Panasonic CF-53 refurbished laptop, and there was a user error on my end with a setting that needed to be changed.And I simply texted the phone number for help and within 2 minutes Mathew called me and walked me through the exact steps I needed to do to make the adjustment.Absolutely Epic!Would highly recommend

My husband accidentally stepped on the corner of my laptop destroying my screen. I took them my laptop on a Wednesday and by that Saturday it was fixed! Not only did they fix it but they upgraded my hard drive so my computer was better than before it was broken!! Ive already referred my father and brother in law to get the devices fixed!
