My mother is 80 years old. She has received multiple invoices from Pinnacle Dermatology beginning fifteen months after the date of service. Scarred and overcharged.Staff was very nice which is why I trusted my skin health to this “company” who milked the insurance company and my bank account. I have very visible scars left on my body a year and half later, AND I’m receiving surprise bills from accounting. Email me for photos of scars.
As mentioned in other review portals, I spent a week with sepsis as a result of a minor biopsy. doctor asked me to come in for a followup after some time. I arrived this morning and made clear that neither my insurance company nor I better be charged for this visit. the receptionist was callous and nasty explaining that it isnt her job to do that, but that they would still submit the bill. This is absurd. the combined copays, travel and related expenses of lost work due to the infection costs my family thousands, and they have the audacity to act condescending about such a basic stipulation. I was asked to return to your establishment. seriously. sepsis from a small biopsy and I am the j*** for being upset over the pain and lost income
