Dropped my laptop and the palmrest needed replacement. They were very communicative throughout the entire process so I was aware of everything and could make an informed decision. Could not have asked for better repair service!

My computer is about 8 years old and took FOREVER to start up and even longer to load things and surf the internet. But at this time I refuse to buy a new one. One of my FB friends mentioned they had a computer repaired at this PC Lab so I decided to contact them. I spoke with Anthony, who said it sounded like a hard drive issue and to bring it in so he could check it out. I didn't need an appointment so I took it in, he did his assessment and it was indeed the hard drive. He provided me an estimate which was very reasonable. Within 2 days everything was complete. The gentlemen at PC labs built my PC perfectly and migrated my data seemlessly (after a few weeks of use) they even made it so prior hardware I never used became accessible. I highly recommend PC Labs as they have fixed issues with multiple PCs ive owned prior.
