I had to go to pulmonary rehab because I was listed for a lung transplant and I also had to go to doctor appointments and tests at Loyola , every so often at pulmonary rehab they would come up and let you no that your missing days but you have to also keep your doctor appointments. What they did at the end was gave out a certificate of completion signed it and sang and danced . Months later I was told that complained and was not allowed back because I missed a lot of days but here's the thing am I not suppose to follow doctors orders and their in the hospital aren't the hospitals rules to refuse no patient, or are they above all laws

I received care for a poison-ivy rash from this location. I was under the impression this was an "urgent care"-type center. There was no indication this was an emergency room and would be billed as such. The visit and treatment took ~5min. I received a bill for over $400 saying that this was an emergency room visit. I spoke with Edith B about disputing the bill, and she was no help. I would not recommend using this location for any medical treatment. The staff are not friendly, and will lie to you. Everyone working here should be ashamed to say they work in the medical field.

The billing department at Edwards Elmhurst is unresponsive and uninformed. The bill received was not detailed and when I spoke to a customer service department concerning issues while in the emergency room which impact my bill I have received multiple answers which contradict the previous representative. When I requested to speak to a supervisor they transferred to me a person named Julia who has failed to responded to my calls for over a month.
