The staff at this facility was kind, empathetic, efficient, responsive to questions, and knowledgeable. Going for surgical procedures is scary and each person I encountered was professional and kind. This was very different from the surgical experience I had at the Naperville location. Worth the trip.

Wonderful experience from the minute I came in until I was wheeled out. I had thought my colonostopy and endoscopy was scheduled for yesterday. Wrong. I was a month early. Having done the preparation, I started crying. The young woman who tried to check me in was so kind, and talked to someone and got me in. Happy accident that someone canceled. Everyone was awesome. Thanks team!

I just had injections done on my back. The staff and nurses here were the best I have ever experienced. Super friendly and professional. They joked around with me and with others qhile I was there making me feel really comfortable. You can really tell that they care greatly about their patients and really enjoy being there. For anyone who may be nervous about doctors or any kind of procedures I wouldn't be at this place because they will take such great care of you. The computer system was down when I went in and yet the whole process when it came to checking in and out was quick and easy.
