Surgery for my 1 year old was delayed by 3 hours - deal with a toddler who has not eating or had milk since the evening before. Disorganized during check in process with nurse, received information from the nurse who explained a very different procedure than what my son was expected to have. Then I got two different bills both which don't match my EOB from insurance. Tried to call billing which is a joke and can't even get someone who speaks English sadly. Called the surgery center and my doctors office to try and get this corrected, both which served unhelpful and directed me back to billing. Anytime I ask to speak with a supervisor or manager in billing I hold for 30minutes and the call disconnects. No one returns my call. Better to find a provider in a private group who hires competent employees and values their patients. DMG was bad, but Duly is worse. Zero stars if I could.

Wife and I both had colonoscopies performed here over the years. Personal privacy could be improved while in those little prep rooms, but it's 100% better than going to a hospital. Yes, it's an in and outta here feeling, but that's why it's great. Who wants to spend a whole day in the hospital alternative. I'm a total fan of this concept and the way it is implemented in this place.

Their scheduling process is really bad. If you need surgery or any procedure at this place don't expect them to call you if they change times. They say they called you but no message left or missing call? And then no accountability. Be careful if you have no other place to go
