Mark and his team were great! Would like to personally thank his crew: TJ, Mike, Glen and Sean whom all spent time at our house. What started as a kitchen remodel turned into full blown first floor remodel and they were cooperative and supportive. For roughly 12 weeks, rarely did a day go by where someone wasn’t here working their tail off. Our cabinets were delivered during the extreme cold front this winter and sure enough, there they were loading and unloading them into our house at 8 am. That was my biggest takeaway from Cunningham Builders, They work a full day and work very hard. I’ve heard horror stories about lazy contractors…not these guys. TJ was awesome.... read full review

I am extremely happy with this company. Not only did Mark and his team do an amazing job on my kitchen, but also did work I added along the way. Mark was professional, creative and kept to my schedule as planned. The added work on top of the kitchen went beyond my expectations.
