Very easy to talk to to explain what I needed, and she listened and guided me on everything from the right color, cut, and even on how to do my hairstyle for my son’s upcoming wedding. She worked confidently and quickly, but not too quickly, as she took her time to make sure everything was done, just right!!
Claudio was also present during the time I was there, as well as 1 other stylist, and it was great to see how supportive they all were of each other in this environment. I could see there is a great teamwork between them and a mutual respect for each other, which makes this salon a very pleasant atmosphere to go and relax and be pampered. Bona did a fantastic job correcting my cut and color. She got much closer on the roots and let it lift to the color I wanted. I highly recommend her for lightening or for highlights.
She was also able to fix the chop job I had (see pictures). blended those layers and evened out the length.
She was extremely friendly and accommodated my need to have my newborn with me during my service. He slept the whole time, but I had to push the stroller around from dryer to bowl to chair lol. And he woke up just before she was done with the blow out.
Again, if you're looking for highlights, just get on her schedule.

One of the most painless waxes I've ever done! Aanum was patient and kind and kept me distracted with conversation the entire time. I was in and out within 15 minutes too! Facility was mostly clean. Outside area looked great however I did think the inside of the waxing room could use a bit of a refresh! Either way, would come back here.
$35 for a cut and style. They are very nice and considerate with your time. My hair turned out nice and I came back as a walk in to bring my mother in law as well and it didn’t take long at all! Great place!

This place is phenomenal. The stylists and staff are professional but personable. You feel taken care of but also understood as a human being. I have had all kinds of hair services done over the years - from extensions to buzz cuts. I can trust any stylist that works there. I love seeing that they keep taking classes to learn new techniques too.
The facility is clean and spacious and the decor has an killer vibe.

Johnny, who took care of me, even touched up my eyebrow bridge. He had his nice little son there, and his coworker, Obaid, was also present. Both Johnny and Obaid really know how to take care of hair and their customers. It wasn’t just a haircut; it was also a great conversation, and I left feeling fantastic.
If I have any complaints, it's that the time spent wasn't longer. Johnny did a fantastic job with my hair, and both he and Obaid took care of my soul, making me feel valued—all on a walk-in, no appointment necessary. No fancy, expensive Chicago nonsense, just a great haircut.

First time coming here. My expectation were above than expected. I purchased the couples massage for me and my husband on Groupon. We were both saying it’s the best massage we have ever gotten. We will definitely be coming back soon. We found our perfect spot. The place is super clean and relaxing. The beds and rooms are very comfortable. We left our 2 masseuse a great tip. Am retired and didn't want to change kitchen faucet. Kyle with his assistant Steve A. did the job in half an hour, saving my back. I also received a quote to replace my water heater because of length of service. I will use them. They are not cheap but their fee reflects quality work which will be less costly over the long run. I do recommend the company

On Sunday, 8/4/2024, I had a backup problem in both my bathrooms involving both toilets, the shower stall and a bathtub. I live on a ground floor in a condo complex. Needless to say, immediate help was necessary. I Called Roto Rooter, which has served me well in the past, and sure enough they came to my rescue within less than 3 hours. In less than 2 hours time after "Gabriel" arrived, my problem was solved. There was a small bit of cleanup left for me; however Gabriel made an effort to leave a minimum of water and soiled wall behind. This technician was very capable, knowledgeable, respectful and polite. I am so grateful for Roto Rooter's service, and yes, I will continue to recommend Roto Rooter to my friends and family. So thankful for Donatello Electric for working with us even though we were out of the normal service zone. They scheduled us next day which was incredible! Gary was able to assist me within a few days and then got to work right away. He completed the two different jobs within 45 minutes. We will be using Gary again for future electrical work.
I couldn't be more content with the job Robert and his crew did. They were very efficient and, based on the results, quite good at what they do. Ours was a small, but very important, job, and Robert made sure that we were taken care of, and he was good to his word. I called midmorning and they were here by 12:45pm. They were very professional and thorough. The man found the problem, explained it to me in terms I understood and fixed it quickly. The cost was very reasonable. Best part, they were very conscientious about keeping my front door latched. I would definitely use them again.

I did not take care of my teeth when I was young so I have needed a lot of work over time, I believe I could wright a book on what I have experienced, the good the bad and the ugly. Dr. Gierman and her team of highly trained professionals set a new level the fanatic. Glenbard Family Dental is the only place we will go for our dental needs. I would not hesitation travel 100 miles or more to get the level of care and service we have experienced and come to enjoy over time from Dr Gierman and her team.

My octogenarian mom had her cleaning today. She likes talking to the friendly staff! Dr. Cater is very gentle with her and he is honest about the care she needs. I see Dr. Cater too and we are happy to have found such a kind and accommodating office! 100% awesome in every way!

I had an emergency, they got me in quickly, I had to have a root canal and during the procedure I had no pain and the Doctor kept asking if I’m okay. The Dental Assistants are very nice and comforting. The Dentist was great, I was in no pain at all, and they also worked out a payment plan. My husband will be going there too. Started coming to see Dr Kitty when I was suffering with knee pain (small tear) wanting to avoid surgery. She worked with me on deep massage, acupuncture, and home exercise. I’m out of pain now and see her monthly for maintenance. I can enjoy walking my dog again and play on the floor with my grandsons. Highly recommend!!!!

Dr Myers and Dr Jenkins did a great job over the course of two months helping me recover from a herniated disc, a couple of compressed discs and acute sciatica! Very highly recommend these doctors!

I love this office. I get crazy skin rashes and all I had ever been given was steroid cream. They helped me finally figure out what was causing it. Turns out it wasn't just eczema like the other doctors said but a lavender allergy. I also finally decided to get Botox and they were super helpful and did a great job I can't recommend them enough.
I have visited this office a few times. Service, Communication, & Patient Care are top of the line.

I haven't done Yoga in a LONGG time and my first class with Michelle was AMAZING (Hatha Class) she made it very easy to follow. I was able to both challenge myself a bit and relax my mind and body. I left feeling like a whole new person! 10/10 recommend!!

I took my 96 year old father to Michelle Heinz because he had been suffering from a constant stiff neck for about a half of year. In one half-hour session she was able to alleviate his neck pain. It has been a little over a week and he still has virtually no neck pain. My father is very grateful, as am I.
This place is wonderful. Caring and patient staff. I have been coming to this place for years now and love them. They are a little pricier than some of their competition but well worth it. They take time and care and have helped me with sports injuries and problems areas.
Have patience, and do your best to explain where you might have discomfort, and they always try their best.
Their therapists are truly wonderful. I'll continue to use their services. A++

Outstanding!! After a grueling workout, I took to yelp for a quick massage place open. After reading the reviews I called and got in for a 90 minute with Tony. I came out with every muscle stretched and massaged for 68.00. Absolutely wild and I am so thankful I went. The BEST! Update to some of the prior reviews: The parking lot has been redone and they are remodeling the spa in Sept, Some work already underway.
I want to give 4.5 . Nina was amazing in massage although she has language barrier but she keeps a check on my comfort level and use the force of her hand accordingly. I took 30 minutes swedish massage. I wished I have taken 60 minutes one?.
But they should have more staff because she had to go out couple of times during massage to attend people who are coming for enquiry. And they should make sure that doors should be closed all times when client is taking massage.
