Tore my UCL at the beginning of April. Got surgery and been with Midwest Ortho Lockport since the middle of May and just finished my last session (beginning of October). The staff and the facility is amazing. Kelly and Brianna are awesome!
I really appreciated the attention that Brianna gave to me. She studied how I move, how my legs are structured, my strengths and my weaknesses. She focused on my weaknesses and challenged me in my stronger areas too. My knees definitely got stronger and I'm way more aware of the way my body moves and how to keep improving it.
I came to Midwest Orthopedic with moderate shoulder pain and primarily worked with Bri for the course of 2 months. Not only has my shoulder pain decreased significantly, I enjoyed the experience which isn’t something you can always say when working out weak muscles! Bri did such great work listening to my concerns and helping me work at a pace that was sustainable and consistent. I can’t recommend Midwest Orthopedics highly enough and if you get the chance to work with Bri - DO IT!
