Excellent. They delivered a heavy coffee table to my home in NW Indiana today. The two drivers were both polite, arrived within the 3 hour time frame, and called within 30 minutes of arrival. The product arrived undamaged. Would definitely use Metropolitan again in the future. Thank you!!!
I was really concerned about ordering a tv stand and dresser from several states away and how it would be delivered. I didn’t even know how the delivery process would work or who the company was. But I had an AMAZING experience with metropolitan. They contacted me within a week of my order via text with a link to schedule my delivery time. I received periodic updates and a call when they were 20 minutes away. The furniture arrived perfect, it was carefully unpacked and put together and they even helped me move a piece of my old furniture away.
