I am very happy with my new flooring. My installer was very meticulous and worked solo as well. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We are a family of 6 with one bathroom that is centrally located and also a part of the new floor plan. He was able to get the tile done with only a small window of time that we could not use the bathroom. He was very respectful and personable. The floors are gorgeous and he definitely took pride in his work. Highly recommend.

From the front of the office to the back. Everyone treated me as family. Very patient and extremely attentive. I picked my flooring out with the help of Cheri. She was well versed in flooring and knew exactly what would make me happy. I did not hesitate to take her advise after hearing her talk to several customers. Now when I tell you my flooring came out just as she desribed it. AND YES, I LOVE IT. I never knew that my house was so large was my thought that when installed my their incredible team. Working with Jason and Cherie for the initial process was wonderful! It left me with the utmost confidence in their work. The crew that worked on our floors were very patient and walked me thru some of the steps I wasn’t familiar with when interlacing my old hardwood floors with the new hardwood. Then again, when we were choosing the stain color for the final process the work crew were very patient even when I changed the color right as they started to lay the stain down. They were and definitely are detail oriented, and knew exactly what they were doing from start to finish. I would highly recommend First Flooring!
