The office is clean and up to date, they have Netflix to watch while your services are being preformed and they ask you what you want to watch! Their doctor, Dr. Kim, remembers you and your family, is very upfront and honest about the care you need and what they can provide. “I moved to Lemont around 3 years ago and needed to find a new dentist. I don’t remember exactly my first time here but I am glad I was able to find this dentist and her very kind/helpful staff. I have been able to been seen and worked on within 48 hours for a few ‘dental emergencies’. A cracked muller, and a bottom retainer that chipped off (the ones mounted on after you have braces removed. The retainer was not installed here). Most doctor offices do not squeeze you in as soon as they do here and they make your emergencies feel like a top priority which makes me feel comfortable calling in a panic, lol.
The office atmosphere itself is very nice, clean, and inviting.
The front desk lady is always very kind and has great service on the phone.
Lastly, for services being performed, you aren’t glued into the chair for 27,827 hours while work is being done. Very quick and painless.
