Melba made the entire process of building a house as painless as possible. She was knowledgeable about all of the steps we would need to take to have the home built on new land, and she guided us through the processes. I appreciated that she was always transparent and helped work to resolve any issues that popped up along the way.

We've been living in the home nearly a year now, and I can say that Melba was true to her word every step of the way. I would recommend Coventry and Melba to anybody who wants to build a modular home.
