From the time I got to the clinic to the time I left my comfort was always the number one priority and I was constantly being asked if i was ok. They even responded to my texts after hours.
After talking with a few different surgeons about having loose skin removed from a 135lbs weight loss, Dr. Zelko was the only one who was sympathetic and understanding to what I wanted and needed. His team goes so above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe. There was never a single step through the whole process, and especially the day of procedure where I questioned his skills or confidence in his abilities to tackle my procedure with unusual anatomy. Thank you Dr. Z, Sydney, Renee, Cap, Sara and everyone else who was involved in this process. It has been a long 2 years journey for me to get here, and I would have not wanted to take these last few steps with any other team!
Love working with Dr. Tim he is very patience and always transition me to any procedure in the way I feel comfortable. He also revisits the areas and discuses my progress and follows up and re treats the area if more treatment is needed . I feel so comfortable walking in the clinic. Feels like my beauty family 🫶🏽
