I love the variety, and the instructors are great at modifying exercises for each client's unique needs. Since I've been working out for many years, I get the occasional aches, and every trainer there is great at figuring out the causes, suggesting stretches, and making sure my technique is correct. The family atmosphere and the healthy weekly snacks are an added bonus. I highly recommend!“
