I can highly recommend Stuart Cotner of "Stu Absolute Inspections, Inc without any reservations. He was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Stu patiently ansered my questions. He provided both the information and explanation that I needed.
Stu was thorough, careful, and considerate. He made sure to tell us what was an issue, and how to go about fixing it. For some things, that meant needing an expert, but for a few problems there were DIY options. Great guy all-around, too - highly recommended!
Stu was a great home inspector. He came highly recommended by our realtor, and now we know why. He was very thorough in his inspection and he took time to teach us about the home along the way. We really appreciate him helping us learn how to be good home owners!
