I heard about Ryan’s landscape on Facebook and reached out to Ryan for suggestions and guidance. He referred a civil engineer that dealt with the property low elevation and drainage problems. The Civil Engineer plans were submitted to the City and we received approved permits fairly quickly. Ryan followed the approved plans perfectly from start to finish. My entire property use to be full of standing water after any type of rain storm. I dreaded any rain in the forecast as many times it almost flooded my finished basement. Now I just sit back and laugh as the drainage system installed by Ryan is basically like an underground moat. My sump pump barely runs now and all the water discharge from the sump pump and gutter downspouts are underground and tied directly into the City Storm Sewers. My entire property has never been this dry and I no longer care if it rains. Ryan and his crew treated my property as it was their own.
