This is my 2nd time with this company and the staff (Josiah and Courtney). They were skilled and proficient at their jobs. Great communication and very flexible on scheduling. I would recommend them without reservation.
Lauren L., the in-home nurse, is knowledgeable, skilled, and congenial. It is obvious that she views her position as not just employment, but rather a vocation. After major surgery, Lauren made sure that the healing process went smoothly. She is a credit to nurses and healthcare providers everywhere. She always eased any anxieties and answered every question my wife or I may have had at that time. Keep up the great work Lauren and congratulations to the residential healthcare group for hiring such a wonderful person.
My experience with the PT, Marisa, was very good. She was compassionate, engaging, has very good people skills. She texted me twice before arriving at my home to keep me updated as to her ETA. I am sad that she will be replaced by another therapist for my upcoming sessions.
I cannot give the same positive review for the nurse, Patti. She was more like a robot nurse than a human. Patti spent most of her time with me writing in the patient book and typing into her tablet device. No eye contact before/during/after asking questions, always just looking at the screen.
