Spoke to Tom about my issue and he was able to provide some background to what happened. Ultimately it was a communication issue but it is still something that should have not happened and it is unfortunate because I ended up using another company.
I have used them in the past flawlessly without issues and outside the one unfortunate experience have been happy.

Micheal arrived on the scheduled time & did an excellent job on cleaning the ductwork & dryer vent. They always sent email reminders because at the time I requested information about their services, I didn’t have the finances at that time. I’m sorry I didn’t use their services sooner. I definitely will be using them on a regular basis now ?

JAUN was wonderful! He showed me pictures and answered aĺl my questions. He worked until the job was done. I was so satisfied that while he was there I made a referral to one of my friends.
