My face is permanently lumpy from filler they injected. They put in refissa which no one has heard of in the wrong place in my face. They’ve ignored my calls and disappeared these people are criminals. Run!!!

I received hair removal laser treatment, my skin was burned by the laser. I got an appointment with their in-office Doctor and the owner. The doctor diagnosed the burns as a rash. After 6 weeks the spots lessened, but still were visible and it definitely was not a rash but an obvious burn. I could not show my legs for 6 weeks because the scars were so red and embarrassing. After waiting and trying to schedule a follow up appointment, I have been unsuccessful. This office is unwilling to work with clients and make sure they feel comfortable and satisfied. Customer service is terrible - it’s ran by two bone head women. Didn’t want to tell me directions (because when you google maps the place, it takes you to the park a block away). They made me fill out forms for lip fillers when I wasn’t getting that done. And no one is ever around to answer the phone let alone schedule an apt.. Went there for a Groupon deal - won’t be returning.
