Our loan officer was Jackie Vincenzo. She was not good at all. She sometimes forgot to tell me to bring important documents that we needed to our meetings with her. She was slow with everything that she did. She lied to me about what my monthly payment for my mortgage would be. She personally threatened me when I realized I did not want to purchase the property that we had been looking at. Steer clear, find someone better.
