My MFP (Multi Function Printer, copier, scanner, fax) needed repair and Will could tell me over the phone what the problems likely were. “It's one of those it's an office max they have an abundance of office supplies. The shelves were stocked and the store was clean. The employees were nice though. I went mid morning to get some printing done. They have self print capabilities but for bigger projects I use the employee at the print desk. He was very helpful and made sure the job was done correctly for me before he charged. I was able to look things over to make sure I had everything. I needed copies made and a pdf. Having an employee to do that job made my time in the store a breeze so I wasn't standing in the self print area trying to figure it out on my own. If I need printing done this is my go to.“
