I have been going to benefit in New York City for years and never have I felt as welcomed as I did today in Chicago. The aestheticians were not only incredibly welcoming and friendly, but they were also extremely personable, relatable, professional and yet still down to earth. It’s the kind of place where you never want to leave. You will genuinely want to grab a coffee and stay all day just listening to these girls. They didn’t feel like coworkers, more like old friends and they embraced me as one of their own as well.

I had the pleasure of working with Lulu today. Not only was she incredibly sweet, she is clearly an expert in her field. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and she not only met, but exceeded my expectations. I had a brow lamination, tint, and threading. When she showed me the results after she finished, I was speechless. The work that she had done on my brows could be considered that of an artist. My brows still look very natural, yet transformative. I couldn’t believe these were my eyebrows!

I’m thrilled with the results and counting the days until I get to go back. I may have to go back just to pop in and say hello. I was fortunate enough to be assigned Lulu; however, you would be in good hands with Virginia a.k.a. Ginny or any of the aestheticians!

Lilah was kind and personable and did such a great job; she advised me to apply castor oil to the lashes to keep them lifted longer and to be honest, I did not do that, and nearly a month later I still get asked if I recently got my lashes done!

“So happy with everything about my experience! I booked via email on the way into Chicago for a last minute trip. Nunzia was so helpful coordinating via email. I wanted to add a lip and eye booster which was no problem. I found Vian Aesthetics through Hydrafacial's website and was happy with Nunzia's extended education through them. She also trains others in Hydrafacial too. Which I feel like when someone teaches it to others they know the ins and outs. This was my first time getting a hydrafacial. I saw the data and research about their efficacy and was nervous on finding a great provider. This could not have been a better spot for my first Hydrafacial. Since I live in another area Nunzia described and showed me some things to look out for and ask when I booked one where we live. I appreciate her helping me to become a more educated consumer!
