A year ago, this firm "did my taxes". They made several mistakes, causing a delay in my refund. They also neglected to include the mortgage interest deduction. And they were completely unresponsive regarding both the delays to getting my taxes completed (way longer than they said it would take), and completely unresponsive, and even a bit hostile when responding to an unexplained delay in the refund. I would recommend them to absolutely no one. Finally, and not surprising, they didn't even contact me to do this year's tax returns. RUN..in the other direction.

If I could give zero stars that would be too generous. Waste of time! Turn around and run if you want your taxes filed on time or at all!
