Management is awful! the building 4800 w Peterson is falling apart! Elevators get stuck all the time, bathrooms are disgusting and the worst part is having to work in 89 degree weather! We complain every year and every year they use the old “the compressor “ is down. I’ve been working there for 11 years and nothing has changed. It’s absolutely neglectful and plain irresponsible. Do better.

Imperial building group was recommended to us by a friend a couple years ago. Figured they were reputable so we gave them a chance. They repaired our leaky shower pan, redid the tiling, took off/reinstalled cabinets, and patched drywall. The price seemed ok and we were satisfied... until now. The shower pan is leaking again, just 2 years after the job was completed. We called George back numerous times and left a message, but no answer. Called the office multiple times and the lady said george will call us back, but nothing. Finally george came to the house to see the job, but didn't even go in the house. He came, said I remember this house, and left. After that, no call back to schedule a day to do the job VERY DISAPPOINTED!

George & his incredible group of employees helped us restore several rooms after a plumbing disaster. They fixed the plumbing, plastered walls, painted & wallpapered all within a very short time frame. And the end result was perfect! George is incredibly patient, very, very responsive to calls/texts and a gentleman. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Highly recommend their group.
