They do great work on stucco repairs and are a pleasure to deal with. They are true professionals who use their knowledge to deliver excellent results and leave the site spotless.
We recently tasked Fortune Restoration with restoring and/or repairing the exteriors and interiors of the existing windows in our 1890 Wrigleyville condo unit and basement. They replaced the existing storms (including two that they custom-built) and also did repairs/refinishing on some of our unit’s interior woodwork. At the same time, they worked with our condo association to restore our building’s wooden front door entrance and also repaired and repainted a section of the building’s exterior bay window area. We love our 100-year-old home in Old Norwood Park, but it was definitely showing its age. Fortune Restoration helped spruce the place up and regain its former glory. The crew hung new shutters, did some staining/sealing/painting, repaired some cracks in the concrete, and replaced several damaged bricks. They worked quickly and skillfully. Would 100% highly recommend!
Several years ago I purchased a home with exterior painted brick. I needed to have this exterior paint redone and when shopping around, I found Fortune to be communicative and helpful. Pete was kind and patient with me through this process. The team did a solid job and addressed every concern I raised. I would highly recommend them for exterior paint.
