Called to file my taxes, we never discussed pricing, I was just looking for assistance in moving forward. I received this email the next day. I wasn't sure how they got the impression I wouldn't be willing to pay more. I was willing to pay more, but this email basically told me I couldn't afford them.

From the time our original accountant, Lou Adler, retired, it was all down hill at Wipfli. This expensive company assigned several different accountants to our accounts, with some resulting problems. All have since left the company. Upon calling today, we were told Wipfli sent us a notice last November stating it was no longer working with us. We have three business addresses but no record of receiving even one notice. Apparently, we couldn't generate enough money to be worth their time.
