On both projects, they were professional in terms of communication prior to and ultimately the quality of the work. Both projects required some components that were quoted as time & materials (removing stairs to access stucco and replacing wood decking on the roof) and both times they were fair and transparent in the process, coming in under the good faith estimates they provided before and during the work.“
