Chris K. at Ravinia Plumbing has done work for us several times. Today he was here to install a new faucet, and fix and older faucet. As always, he is very punctual, explains what the problems are and the different options to solve them and keeps us updated throughout the process.
Ravinia once again helped us out in a time of need. Danny came to our home within an hour of our call to Ravinia on Monday evening. After conducting several tests, he assessed the need for a new motor in our furnace. By 3 p.m. the next day the new motor was installed and the furnace was performing well again. Danny was professional and courteous, as was the entire Ravinia team. The dispatchers and managers at the office are easy to talk to, and work to accommodate your personal schedule.
